Welcome to Book-BAP. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of book-bap.com and the purchase and download of digital products available through this website.
By accessing this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Digital Products
Book-BAP sells digital publications and related digital content.
The product currently offered may include:
- PDF edition
- EPUB edition
- Full Cover Artwork (Bonus)
No physical product will be shipped unless expressly stated on the relevant product page.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in euros (€), unless otherwise indicated.
Payment must be successfully completed before access to the digital product is provided.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may be provided by third-party payment service providers.
4. Delivery of Digital Content
After successful payment, the customer receives access to the purchased digital files through the website and/or through download links sent to the email address provided during checkout.
The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and for ensuring that their device and software are capable of opening the purchased file formats.

5. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
Digital products supplied by immediate download may be subject to specific rules concerning the right of withdrawal under applicable European Union and Portuguese consumer law.
Where required by law, immediate access to digital content will only begin after the consumer has expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged that this may result in the loss of the right of withdrawal once access or downloading begins.

6. Refunds
Because the products sold through Book-BAP are digital products, refunds are subject to the conditions described in our Refund Policy and to applicable consumer protection law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights granted to consumers by applicable law.
7. Personal Use and Copyright
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchased digital products are licensed for the purchaser’s personal use only.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights to the purchaser.
You may not, without permission:
- reproduce or redistribute the files;
- upload them to file-sharing services;
- sell, resell or commercially distribute them;
- make them publicly available;
- remove copyright notices or other ownership information.
Normal use of the purchased files on the purchaser’s own devices is permitted.
8. Intellectual Property
The content of Book-BAP, including text, graphics, cover artwork, downloadable publications and other original materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved to their respective rights holders.
9. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website and download services available and functioning correctly. However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, hosting issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a technical problem prevents access to a legitimately purchased product, customers should contact us so that we can assist with restoring access where reasonably possible.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information when placing an order.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and download links associated with their purchase.
Digital files obtained through Book-BAP must not be used for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.

Book-BAP may use third-party services for functions such as payment processing, website hosting, analytics or other technical services.
Use of those services may also be subject to the respective providers’ terms and privacy policies.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, Book-BAP is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from incompatible software or devices used by the customer.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated when necessary to reflect changes to the website, products, services or applicable legal requirements.

15. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable Portuguese law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to consumers residing in other jurisdictions.
